Web App Acceptable?

The application I am creating is a web-app, and resides on a server. It's purpose is to integrate external marketing tech into Infusionsoft. Is this acceptable, or must it be a downloadable android/ios app?

Also, the app uses my development sandbox credentials, but can accept others' credentials. Is this acceptable?

    Yes, it is acceptable. Provide the audience some specifics so they understand how the app is installed or configured.
