traveling issues that needs explantions

Please Judges, we need an explanation on this. "FINALISTS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND ICON15. IF UNABLE TO ATTEND, AN ALTERNATE
WILL BE CHOSEN. Finalists are responsible for all travel expenses to Phoenix, Arizona. "

Does this mean that this contest is limited to People in United States alone. what about people from other countries. are they not permitted to contest. Am asking because of the compulsory physical presence. its urgent. thanks

    Hi, Jon.

    Thank you for asking this question. Non-US developers are encouraged to compete in the contest as they are also able to win. The three finalists will be expected to make travel/transportation arrangements to the Phoenix, AZ so they can appear at ICON15 between March 31 - April 2.

    In short, Finalists will need to arrange airfare on their own. Infusionsoft will provide the hotel stay as a part of the prize package, plus $5000 cash. We will notify all the Finalists by March 14, 2015.
