Contestant country of eligibility--- its urgent

Hello Judges. Can any other country outside America partakes in this contest. I am from Nigeria, I believe I can do it. Just say yes.

Secondly, in what platform the you want the app eg. web, mobile web , android etc

    1. Yes, all contestants inside and outside the United States are eligible to participate and win!
    Due to export and other national security restrictions, participants are not eligible if they are citizens from countries on this list, maintained by the U.S. Department of State: http://goo.gl/j2oAwb

    2. You are not limited in your platform choice, so any programming language is permitted so long as it interacts with the Infusionsoft API. Keep in mind that Infusionsoft is a web-based app and nearly all of our users has access to smartphones. Adoption of iOS trends a bit higher in usage than Android with our users.
